Rear Brakes - Phantom III - RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/RH.{R. Hollingworth}1/ETM. 7.4.36.
The Experimental Department have made tests (RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/RH.{R. Hollingworth}1/ETM.7.4.36) from which it would appear that the oil catchers provided underneath the bearings of the toggle shafts are not necessary now that there is no centralised chassis lubrication. to the bearings of these shafts.
Will you kindly instruct the deletion of these catchers experimentally.
