Messrs.Joseph Lucas Research Laboratory,
Great King Street,
Birmingham, 19.

For the attention of Dr.E.O.Turner.

Dear Sir,

Mr.W.E.Robinson kindly loaned to us a Lucas C5H dynamo for comparative tests with our 20/25 and Bentley dynamo.

These tests have arisen out of our proposal to fit up a Bentley with Lucas equipment for comparative tests.

We are sending you to prints of the output performance of our own machine as compared with the C5H machine run under exactly similar conditions.

Our machine shews a marked improvement as regards "cutting in" speed and high speed output, compared to the Lucas.

Would you care to send someone over to Derby to discuss the performance and examine the design of our dynamo as it might prove interesting to you.

Yours sincerely,
