To H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to CJ. c. to De. c. to EY. c. to [text struck through] [Handwritten: X3730] Hsl/LG13.1.23. 4-Goshawk-11. [Handwritten: X4219] [Handwritten over text: X3730] We had hoped that 4-G-11 would have been ready for Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} and EY. to have brought to W.W. on Monday. There was, however, some delay in the final finishing at the Coachbuilders and we shall not receive the car from them until Monday. We think that you will be very pleased with the appearance. We are bringing this car up-to-date by fitting a magneto as a stand-by ignition, a silencer with cut-out made in the same way as the one designed for the 'Heron', spring control for fan belt - a scheme which can be applied to existing cylinders. The car will be ready to bring to W.W. towards the end of next week. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
