Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} X3730 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/LG9.1.23. 20 HP. CARS. X3730 X4238 With reference to BJ's memo. in connection with the green limousine car. We consider that the results of all the tests so far on that car have proved that it is not necessary to alter the design of the chassis in order to produce a satisfactory car with a limousine body. We do not accept that the exhaust noise is objectionable when the car is running on the road. We quite realise that we still have to convince Sales on this point or get them to alter our views.
