sets the balancers to exact crankshaft frequency, presumably by adjusting the weight of the outer rim. The rubber has the required damping as well as flexibility.

[Thank heaven you have eliminated that lousy magneto "at last". When are you going to save a lot of money by buying the ignition & electrical equipment generally?]

a) Will you tell me what has happened to Devereux & the High Duty alloys in the U.S.A.?
b) Also will you send me some notes on the practical uses & procedure in connection with Bumping chassis? Several makers use them sporadically but none have made them an intelligent source of design development as you have done.
