For the attention of Mr. Robotham.

Dear Sirs,

Mr. Massey has asked me to write to you giving you the present position in respect of our E.P. lubricants.

Castrol Hi-Press has come through an evolutionary state chiefly with the object of raising its resistance to increased temperatures which are being experienced in rear axles. At the present moment we are just passing through the transition stage from the old type of Castrol Hi-Press to the new type. The new type will contain more or less pure chemical compounds belonging to the family of thio-ethers.
