-2- Chassis 119-GN. An alteration in thickness of the exhaust pipe and/or the primary expansion chamber would have the effect of shifting the period at which the noise occurs, and so possibly alleviate it; also if the primary expansion chamber were eliminated and an even bend taken into the main silencer, we believe it would be found a perfect cure.
