QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.

3 1/2 LITRE BENTLEY CHASSIS.

The attached lists show the most prevalent F.O.C. work which has been carried out by the Repair Departments at Works, Kingsbury and F.B.A. Ltd., during the last quarter, ending September 1935.

During this quarter we have divided the complaints into two classes:-

1. Definite customers' complaints. - Marked C.C.
2. Rectification to such parts of the chassis as thought advisable by the Repair Departments. - Marked C.P.

In the Remarks column we try to show whether a cure has been found or not, and also what action has been taken.

There are other complaints which we attend to free of charge, but generally they are less in number than those shown on the lists.
