Confirming conversation with you, and your subsequent memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.2/KT.10.1.33, we are quite in agreement with increasing the charge on the second rate of the two charge scheme. We notice that up to 55 miles an hour the new curve does not fall below 10 amperes.
