Messrs. Toledo Woodhead Springs Ltd. -2- 29th. June, 1939. We would like to know when to expect the 4 pairs of 7" deflection, 1,000 lb., 50" springs recently ordered. We want another 6 pairs, in addition, with interleaves, and will have an order sent for these through our Order Office. The eyes, of course, are to be properly made. We have found the details of the American springs very interesting, we hope we may keep them a little longer. Mr. Martindale will bring with him the thin Spaldite leaf when he visits you, at present we do not want to use this material. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
