Spread centre and stiffened crankcase with 4 stud fixing
of rear main bearing. Solid Halls metal main bearings.

Narrow pin crankshaft with strip big end bearing located
to Loc.4435.

Single hole feed in connecting rod bush.

Aerolite Mg. pistons (sawcut in ring groove)

Large capacity oil pump (helical gears).
