To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} + [strikethrough text] 4094 [handwritten] Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson}7/KW.17.9.34. 21-G-IV. Since the La{L. A. Archer} Salle steering is not satisfactory with this car we have decided to fit a Marles gear. We attach a sketch, from the examination of which we believe there will be no difficulty about getting this steering into the car. We shall be glad if you would sketch and manufacture the necessary adapting pieces, we have ordered the steering and it will be here almost immediately.
