Dear Sirs, re Bentley Front Wing and Steps. ----------------------------- We have now discussed with the Experimental Department the question of testing the first set of integral front wings and steps for Bentley. We propose to do this on 1-B-1V, the first experimental Bentley which is fitted with a four door Park Ward saloon. Will you please finish these wings off, fit them to a standard chassis, and equip them with the correct stays as well as suitable blocks for attaching them to the step irons. When they have been so fitted up on a chassis will you please despatch them to the Experimental Department, Derby, by passenger train, wiring Mr Robotham, of that department, on which train they will be put.
