propose making, and in the meantime we are proceeding
to make an installation on the writer's car, incorporating
the suggested pump, delivering air underneath the bell,
in a similar manner to that employed by the King-Seeley
Corporation in the tank unit of their aircraft gauge,
a copy of which we will be sending you to-morrow, to
illustrate the system which they have found it advisable
to use.
