The above gentleman who resides in the British West Indies. has ordered a Bentley 'S' type Saloon. He requires a special colour layout and we give below an extract from his letter:-

"On the colour, this, again, is what I would LIKE, but you may tell me it is not on. It is this:- Shell Grey (222-2128) and Midnight Blue with the Shell Grey being the predominant colour. BUT I don't want a straight upper and lower colour divided at the waist. I would like a broken line, with definitely more grey than blue".

We are enclosing three cuttings, showing examples of American colour schemes, which as he points out, are merely to give an idea of the broad lines on which he would like his colour scheme arranged, the grey always being the predominant colour.

We should be obliged if you would look into this matter and produce a coloured drawing showing how we can divide up the colours on our motor car, as near as possible to this customer's wishes.
