Mr. Franklin, owner of B.81.HM.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} has written a letter to the Works saying that he hopes his car is at Kingsbury for the last time for attention to the axle noise.

We hope you are fitting one of the latest pinion bearings, of which we gave GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} about half-a-dozen, as this seems a useful customer from which to get information.
