X.2214- STRENGTHENED REAR AXLE TUBES

Re the above experiment, Mr. Coverley informs me that the first set of tubes to the above description are ready for test. We should, therefore, be glad if you would instruct up an adaptor in order that these may be tested on the revolving test machine. We attach copies of the original instructions on this job.
