To Test Dept. X4338 EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 6/T20.3.25. X.4338 - ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. Thank you for your EWT/HS {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 10/T17.3.25 in answer to our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 2/T27.2.25. We heard nothing at the time of any telephone requests asking the Expl. Dept. to have these experimental pieces removed. If such requests had been addressed to me this would have been done. It is very essential that the battery in particular be recovered as this, in addition to being of the 6-compartment moulded cell case variety, contains very important experimental features, the condition of which it is necessary to observe by opening up the battery at the end of its life.
