X4566 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Whym. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Whym.1/MA.15.1.34. The attached memo Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}15/T.12.1.34., I quite agree with Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} that the carburetter was inclined to "HESITATION" after "luffing up". This was due to the fact of the carburetter being a very old one, and not modified to overcome this trouble. It has since been fully modified to present sta-ndard, and we cannot now reproduce the trouble. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/G.H.Whyman. | ||
