Thank you for your memo with copy of Messrs. Lucas letter enclosed. We have taken the poundage necessary to move the reflector by means of a spring balance applied to the tab on which the Solenoid works. We make it 10 ozs. and have increased it to 16 ozs. but the spring seems hardly strong enough to give anymore, it is already over-stretched. Will you please obtain and send us a spring set by Lucas to give the 20 ozs. load they mention, as we feel there must be a mistake with the present spring. ------------ Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M.
