FROM
JOHN MARSTON LIMITED,
WOLVERHAMPTON.

5th May, 1939.

Mr. R.{Sir Henry Royce} Childs,
Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited,
Experimental Department,
DERBY.

Dear Childs,

As you are aware we have purchased a Phantom 3 Engine from you for rig test purposes and when the electrical fittings were sent along with same your Mr. Swindell enclosed a wiring diagram which you were good enough to draw up.

Unfortunately during the delay which has elapsed in getting this Engine fitted up, and in the process of moving offices, this wiring diagram has been lost. I should be very grateful therefore if you would be kind enough to supply us with a duplicate diagram at your earliest convenience, and would like to apologise for the trouble involved.

Trusting that the world goes well with you these days and that you do not have too many electrical worries.

Yours sincerely,
C. S. Steadman
