The works and Drawing Office have been instructed in this matter and the scheme is in order. Mr Spinney suggested that it was advisable to place two weights with limits on the drawings; one to be the weight rough and the other the finished weight. We are making this scheme retrospective as regards castings and stampings but not as regards parts made from brightbar.
