To By.. from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1113 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}15/N.20.9.38. Phan.III - Front Suspension, 3.AZ.226 - Mileage 20,476. I am forwarding to you a bolt taken out of the N.S. wishbone which has had to take the load due to the breaking up of the roller bearings. N. are having a fair number of the bottom bearing failure due to lack of lubrication, although there was one that I saw which was not short of oil. The lubricating hole drilled in the yoke piece appears to become choked with swarf. The feed of oil to the top bearing has not been found defective.
