To Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X53 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG5.1.27. 20 HP. GOK-75. 74037 With reference to the enquiry from 'S' when we shall be fitting the chamois leather filter. It has been decided that we shall not use chamois leather for petrol filters owing to the fact that this material rots if benzol is used or if there is any acid in the fuel. We are experimenting with other types of filters but we have nothing to recommend at present. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
