1109 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}/7/R.10.3.37. It is proposed to move the rear jack brackets backwards a distance of 1.450 so as to enable chains to be fitted. I believe B.56.BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} is the only Experimental car fitted with this Jacking system. Will you please arrange a test with the pad in the new position to make sure that the Jack can be entered with the tyre for the rim, and will also jack the car high enough to change a wheel.
