Messrs. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Marston Ltd. -2- 24th. January 1938.

(4) The writer will bring with him a Bentley II radiator to be used as passing off rig for production dummy shutter sets. Also he wishes to see the sample set (which you have rectified) passed off on same and will bring this back with him.

(5) Oil Coolers.
We wish to discuss with you the question of allocation of oil coolers against new and replacement orders etc., particularly in regard to the position in the event of our deciding to dispense with the cooler on the last 100 chassis in 'D' series, which is the series to which our last order applies. Further, there is also the question of machining of union faces to be discussed.

(6) Costs of matrices, dipping on bottom tanks etc.
There are a number of items to be discussed here.

(7) Details of Bentley III Radiator for estimate.
The writer hopes to bring these details with him and can go through any points necessary.

(8) List of outstanding items returned to you (see our letter of 11th. inst.) The writer wishes to receive information concerning these.

These, we believe, are the main points to be covered, and in view of their extent, the writer will endeavour to arrive at your works at 10.30 a.m.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
