Dear Sirs,

Referring to your letter of 21st. inst., and confirming our telephone conversation, the writer will visit your works on Wednesday, Jan. 26th., in order discuss the following points, which we have tabulated so that you can have necessary information etc. available.

(1) Car Heaters.

The writer will bring with him the fan spindle assembly for the heater which you are building for us. He would like to inspect parts for same and would like this unit assembled while he is at your works so that he can bring it away with him for test.

(2) Wraith Radiator matrix to EW.1161 with bottom tank dip-soldered.

The writer will bring with him a bottom tank and would like you to have all the necessary strips(.005 tinned and .003 untinned) etc. ready so that the matrix can be constructed while he is there and again brought back to Derby by him.

(3) Bentley Dummy Shutter Sets.

The writer wishes to see the tools which you have so far completed for these sets and to bring back with him two dozen vanes made from same for a B.III radiator.

Further he wishes to discuss costs etc. of same with you.
