With reference to your memo dated the 3rd.instant, addressed to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}, in connection with complaints of rattles from the front aprons, this was reported to us some little time ago and we, therefore, arranged for an additional clip to be fitted at the front end somewhat similar to what we do in the case of the 25/30.
