We think we have interpreted R's wishes correctly in regard to the rib at the bottom of the skirt, but no doubt you will let us know if this is not so. In view of the urgency of the matter, we are proceeding with detail drawings, therefore shouldbe glad to know as soon as possible if what we have shown is approved. BY.{R.W.
