Valve Springs for P.II Unit No. 28.

Will you please make us a set of open ended valve springs for this unit in readiness for the next 10,000 miles, to the following specification :-

Wire dia. and gauge .212 (5 SWG) .128 (10 SWG)
Inner dia. of coil 1.375 .975
Total number of coils 6 1/4 6 1/4
Free length 2.663 2.185
Length (valve closed) 2.000 1.750
Load (valve closed) 87.4 lbs. 22.6 lbs.
Rating 132 lbs/in. 52 lbs/in.

The springs to be parallel and ground flat on the ends for 270°.

The existing bottom spring washers will fit these springs, but a new set of top washers will have to be made.
