Dangerously low steering lever and the subsequent test work to try and improve it.

| (2) I notice the steering lever is under the axle and is the nearest point to the road, being only about 5" off the road. This would seem an absolutely dangerous arrangement. The Test Dept. are going over the car with a view to trying to get it/work as well as it is possible and then we will have another test run.
