1158 Experimental Dept. 17th February.1939 Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/BA./75H Messrs.Rotherham & Sons Ltd. COVENTRY. Dear Sirs, We are at present using one of your large bore brass taps, No.71.A. in the connections of our car heaters. This tap has a union connection which is unnecessary in our layout as we use rubber pipes. Will you please let us know whether you make a tap similar to No.71.A. but with a spout to take ½" bore rubber pipe as in the attached sketch. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
