As there have been three instances of hose failure with the above fittings ( one to the latest scheme for using one tap), it has been agreed for the time being to revert to the original scheme and use two taps. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer} is looking into this matter with a view to using two "Rotheram" taps in place of the special taps now used. BY/Mtn. | ||
