I told Sr. over the 'phone that I wanted Rose back at the Works, but as he has not yet arrived I suppose he is probably tied up with the Police proceedings. As soon as he is free, will you please send him back.

We are sending out the new axle shafts to be fitted to 35-EX. We should get some running on this car before you fit the axle shafts, and then when the Bentley is running again, you will probably be able to get Paris to tackle the axle shaft job, while you put in some miles.

I do not know whether you will be able to get hold of any drivers in Paris, I have got to the state when I begin to think that our English drivers are no good at all over the other side, however, I am fixing up Evans Chassis for you.
