E.W.Hives Esq,
Messrs Rolls-Royce Ltd,
Derby.

Dear Mr Hives,

I went up to Park Ward's on Saturday morning last, and saw my chassis, and tried to get them to give me a delivery date for the finished car. They told me that they could not give me any promise until the new front axle for carrying the cycle type mudguards is delivered by you complete from Derby. Would you kindly tell me when this is likely to be.

We completed quite a good Type Test on the "Pegasus" IV about ten days ago, and the strip is excellent.

I enclose herewith the figures of this engine, which is employing 87 octane fuel.

Kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

A.H.R.Fedden.
