London, W. 1.

For the attention of Major L. W. Cox.

Dear Sirs,

The writer confirms his telephone conversations with you this morning, on the subject of the larger sized trip and total figures.

This increase in size will also bring in the single shaft type of drive. It is impossible to bring these figures in to the existing instrument cases.

We shall, at the same time, bring in the shielded magnet.

There will be no difference in dimensions of the Ben-Sports instruments. These will remain at 5" diameter, as now.

All these modifications can be brought in in about three months from date of your instructions to go ahead, subject to absorption of present commitments, details of which are being supplied by Mr. Nichols. No doubt Derby will investigate these figures in conjunction with their own stocks, etc.

The only points not included in these proposed changes are:- Concave dial, and whether the 40/50 HP. and 25HP. instruments shall be supplied with special bezels and glasses.

At your service,

We beg to remain,
For THE A.T. SPEEDOMETER CO. LTD.
