Attention of Mr. H.E.West.

Dear Sirs,

Further to our telephonic conversation of this morning concerning our quotation of the 2nd August for 40/50 H.P. Electric Petrol Gauges - Cast Bracket type with Warning Light contacts.

After carefully investigating this matter with our Works we find that the increased cost is due to various modifications in design and to the higher standard of finish specified by your goodselves. Also, the new mould cost for the bracket is approximately £50-£60 apart from various special press tools necessary in connection with the manufacture of the warning light.

Yours faithfully,
For S.SMITH & SONS (Motor Accessories)
LTD.,
C.W. Nichols
SALES DIRECTOR.
