Strengthened Rocker Arm in Steering Box.

With reference to our conference on the 8th inst. concerning strengthened rocker arm and steering boxes, I enclose the following correspondence:-

Please return this to me when you have seen Mr. Royce. I understand you will see Mr. Royce and take with you a copy of the memorandum written by Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} explaining how it came about that we had £873 worth of these rocker arms in hand, and will inform Mr. Royce that we are all of opinion that these could be used up, if he will permit us to do so, and thus save £873.
