ORIGINAL DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} ) FROM R.{Sir Henry Royce} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} ) (At Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence.) HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ) R1/M5.3.28. REC'D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} & DESPATCHED FROM WW. 8.3.28. X5840 X5770 X4663 20HP. - INDIA 3. NEXT 10,000 MILER. The 3" longer, and 2" lower frame should definitely improve the appearance, and I agree to N. sch. 2554. I hope the whole of this is on the move to be erected. If there is little hope of getting the engine within the next 3 months - i.e. by the end of May, it would seem that we must go on without it: (1) Central oiling. (2) Mechanic's joints we must have. (3) Exhaust pipes. (4) Stiffer crankshaft. (5) Petrol tank raised. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
