X1482 Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}/W3/M101117. X.1782 10th. November 1917. The Weston Electrical Instrument Co., Audrey House, Ely Place, Holborn, London E.C.1. Dear Sirs, We are sending to you under separate cover one direct reading Weston Milli-Voltmeter together with 1.5 and 15 ampere Shunt Box, and 150 ampere and 600 ampere shunts, also one volt box. We should be glad if you would arrange to care-fully examine these, so that we could, on return of these use the whole set of instruments, shunts and volt box as our standard set of reference for electrical purposes. The box containing the 1.5 and 15 ampere shunts is just in the same condition as received from you, and has not been adjusted to the instrument, but we have made use of this to give reasonable accurate readings by using some home made resistances in series with the instrument.
