Mr. M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Olley, 27, William St.{Capt. P. R. Strong}, New York. Dear Mr. Olley:- Re Mr. F.C. Henderson. Mr. Henderson is utterly complaining about his pressure system. The shop seems unable to correct it, and he has suggested a vacuum feed. I do not see why he should not have his car equipped with a vacuum feed, if the Service Station is unable to make it right. His car is a limousine, and not used at excessive speeds. Therefore, why is it not the thing to do? Much better for him to be satisfied with a vacuum tank, than dissatisfied with an unbearable pressure system. You know the miserable time I have with the one on my car, and certainly would not expect a customer to put up with such an inconvenience. Please address Mr. Henderson, Roslyn, N.Y.? at your earliest moment, as I feel certain he will do us much harm if kept dissatisfied. Yours faithfully, (signed) R.W.Schuette. 135A (500 T) (S.D. 408. 26-4-17) Bm. 2/156/13. | ||
