Contd. -2- EH1/LG24.4.19. to faulty designm since then, however, the Auto Vac has been improved considerably. The mechanism inside looks very cheap but except for the float it has not given the least trouble. We are arranging to have experimental cars running about fitted with the vacuum feed because we consider that eventually we shall find that this scheme is a great improvement over the pressure system which we use at present. An obvious disadvantage with the vacuum feed is that if it goes wrong the car is stranded. EH. | ||
