QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.
-----------------------

3 1/2 LITRE BENTLEY CHASSIS.
----------------------------

The attached lists show the most prevalent F.O.C. work which has been carried out by the Repair Departments at Works, Kingsbury and F.B.A. Ltd., during the last quarter ending June 1935.

During the last quarter we have divided the complaints into two classes:-

1. Definite Customers' complaints. - Marked C.C.
2. Rectification to such parts of the chassis as thought advisable by the Repair Departments. - Marked C.P.

In the Remarks column we try to show whether a cure has been found or not, but generally they are less in number than those shown on the lists.
