I find that certain work has been
carried out in our Experimental Dept. to chassis B.65.AE. belonging
to Mr.R.Summers. No detailed order was received from the
owner of this car, and the work was done to the instruction of
Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} The work done was as follows:

Supplying and fitting headlamp crossmember.

Supplying and fitting new Front Aprons.

Supplying and fitting New Wing Stays.

Delivering car to Coachbuilders (Park Wards)
for attention to coachwork and collecting car and
returning to Derby.

No order number was taken out for
this work, but the estimated material and labour cost is £12.11. 6.

Would you kindly favour me with your
instructions regarding the cost of this work, i.e. is a charge
to be made to the customer or is it to be Company's expense.
