LUBRICATION OF 20 HP. VALVE TAPPETS. X5060 [crossed out] X5205 We recommend as an immediate step, we ought to adopt the method of increasing the oil to the 20 HP. tappets as suggested in MX{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}4/T2.4.28. We would of course prefer that it was similar to the Phantom. We cannot get this until we have a 3-stage relief valve for the 20 HP. We have written to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} pointing out the difficulty and asking him to supply a design for a new relief valve for the 20 HP. as soon as possible.
