18-EX. EXPERIMENTAL SALOON.

"We have received your telegram asking for a Cobra horn for the above.

We arranged with the makers as long ago as October 29th to send a suitable horn for this car to Barkers but it seems that, unknown to us, they came to some arrangement with Barkers to use it against another order.

However, we have arranged for them to rush another through and this is being posted to you to-night.
