We see that for the Bijur pump attachement to the sheet metal dash on the latest scheme drawing shows the Wraith Type pump unit combined with a quite elaborate aluminium die casting for an intermediate distance piece. B.II has a bijur pump which fits direct onto the dash. We understand that the introduction of the die casting and the Wraith type unit has been to enable the bijur pump to be removed from the dash without interference to the noise isolation on the inside of the dash. We have confirmed with CWH. that the removal of the bijur pump from the dash is practically unknown, so considering that the attachment of the bijur pump should be modified so that it is no more costly than B.II.
