Dear Sirs,
For the attention of Mr. C.T. Salt.
A query arises in connection with your recent instructions received from your Buying department, whereby we are to change over the Bentley Production Piston to EB.4587, i.e. .200" raised crown. We have received a drawing of this accompanying the instructions which bears our reference P.452.
You will remember that on P.451 it was agreed to alter the skirt form back to the old reduced taper to which we gave the number P.451A. Will you please confirm that your requirements of skirt form still apply in the case of EB.4587, in which case we would suggest that our reference becomes P.452A.
PARCHMENT
Yours faithfully,
FOR THE LIGHT PRODUCTION CO.LTD.
A.N.P. Brooks
GENERAL MANAGER.
