Thank you for your memo with reference to the above.

I should be glad if Mr. Bailey will standardise these casings in either Magnalium or crankchamber alloy. The saving of about 15 lbs. is highly desirable.

I have not been informed whether Magnalium, (1) Can be obtained in quantity (2) tubes of equal to standard ZCA in soundness of castings.
