Ph.I. complaints can be definitely
cured by grooving springs and
modifying shock dampers.
20/25 HP. We can cure many complaints
by modifying the shock dampers
grooved springs are an advantage.
In exceptional cases low rating springs
are necessary.
Ph.II. Increased lubrication & higher
shock damper loads effect a cure.

Mostly due to insufficient clearance
being allowed but stronger springs
are now being fitted and complaints
should die out except when body weights
are excessive.
